Quinn and Miki are a great team. We weren't sure about this market but they kept saying it would sell fast. Well it sold in 5 days with multiple offers over asking!!! Their recommendations worked! They recommended staging which we were a little skeptical of but OMG, the house ended up looking like some elses home out of a magazine--it was so beautiful. And the twilight photography that they also recommended turned out so well. Pretty much whatever they said, was true. Also, they were VERY responsive to texts and phone calls, addressing all our our concerns and answers promptly. The only negative I can say is my poor husband had to rent a motel room for a few days because of the back-to back-showings!! (LOL).
