A California native, Marian Edwards “Miki” has lived in San Diego County since 1989 and has resided in Carlsbad since 1994. She has been listing and selling Real Estate for over 28 years, specializing along the coast from Del Mar to Oceanside. Marian “Miki” has continually distinguished herself with awards and honors for Real Estate production throughout her successful career.
Miki believes in taking her profession to the highest level of hands-on quality service, having survived the “ups and downs” in the Real Estate industry throughout the 1990’s. Miki is dedicated to servicing her clients above and beyond to maintain her impressive 97% referral and repeat business. As a seasoned professional who knows her way around a Real Estate transaction, Miki’s knowledge of contracts and her expertise in negotiating in the best interest of her clients, ensuring her clients’ purchase or sale are smooth and stress-free.

Miki has 3 boys and a grandchild. Travis is a realtor in Belmont Shores, Long Beach. Inspired by her success, Miki’s other two sons (Grey and Quinn) decided to join her after college to make up The Edwards Homes Team. Miki has great passion for golf, cycling, playing pickleball and other outdoor sports and making health and fitness a priority. You may also see her out and about with her boys, as they enjoy hanging out together at local events.

In 2016, Quinn started working for his mother in her Real Estate Career. He started by being her marketing manager and running the admin side of her business. In 2017 his mother closed a little over $7.5 Million in sales volume. In 2018, Quinn started to see the systematic processes in real estate. Quinn created and developed my own unique systematic checklist of marketing and admin tasks that impressed our multimillion-dollar sellers and grew our business exponentially. In 2018, Miki closed just under $25 Million in sales volume! (just over 3x sales productivity in 1 year). In 2021, Miki closed upwards of $40+ Million in sales volume.
After Quinn’s impressive success in helping his mother to grow her real estate business, Quinn created a marketing business called Realtor Genie. With Realtor Genie, they are your hands-on, do-it-for-you marketing Genie. Realtor Genie focuses on the agents' SOI referral and geographic farm databases, staying in front of their audiences more consistently through social media and email campaigns.
